Coating process requirements
1. When carrying out coating work, it is advisable to carry out the work under the environmental conditions of temperature 10-35°C and relative humidity below 75%. The moisture content of the base surface is required to be below 20%. Construction should be avoided on rainy days or when the relative humidity of the atmosphere is higher than 80%, or when the temperature is below 10°C.
2. Air spraying, high-pressure airless spraying, rolling/brushing/scraping and other methods can be used for coating work; in order to obtain betterl coating quality, it is recommended to use roller/brush coating. Note that there should be no water in the roller brush and spray gun; reference paint amount: 0.15-0.25kg/m2.
3. According to different coating forms, the original paint can be used after stirring evenly. If necessary, add appropriate amount of water to dilute it for coating and adjust the viscosity of the paint liquid, but the amount added shall not exceed 10% of the coating amount.
4. After the paint film coating is completed, it should be protected within 72 hours to avoid contact with any water (liquid substances) to avoid affecting the quality of the coating;
5. This product is a single-component product, which can be used immediately after opening the can. If it is not used up, it should be sealed and stored in time. If it is not stored properly, the viscosity of the paint will increase, gelling until it is completely solidified. In this case, even if it is forcibly painted, physical properties such as adhesion and protection will be affected.
Storage and transportation
1.   It must be stored in accordance with national regulations;   the storage environment should be dry, cool, well ventilated, avoid direct sunlight, andl stay away from heat and fire sources.   The packaging container must be kept sealed;   handle it carefully, from the date of production, the effective storage period is 6 months (stored in a sealed container).   After the storage period, it must be inspected and qualified before use.
2.   During transportation, the product should avoid extrusion, severe cold, rain, and sunlight exposure, and should comply with the relevant regulations of the transportation department.  
Health and Safety
1.   Please read the safety notices and product instructions on the container packaging in detail.   Use under well-ventilated conditions.   During painting operations, the respiratory organs must be protected from spray damage, and paint mist should be avoided.   Skin and eye contact with this type of product should be avoided.   It is best to wear a ventilated mask, safety goggles and protective gloves;   if accidentally splashed on the skin, rinse immediately with appropriate detergent, soap and water.   If accidentally enters the eyes, rinse thoroughly with water and seek medical treatment immediately.
2.   The construction site must be well ventilated.   When working in narrow places or places where air is not circulated, strong ventilation must be provided.
3.   The construction site must be equipped with certain fire prevention and firefighting equipment.
4.   This product should not flow into the sewage system.

Color difference
This product is mainly used as a topcoat, and the color may vary slightly from batch to batch.
